  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, order processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, We will notify You via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 6–11 Business Days

Most Orders are delivered within 6–11 business days after shipment.

However, delivery may occasionally take up to 30 business days because of:

  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Local postal service delays
  • Other circumstances beyond Our control

If Your Order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact Us. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution if the package is confirmed lost.

Express Shipping (If Available)

If Express Shipping is available for Your location:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Displayed at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once Your Order has been shipped, You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing Your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes available within 24–72 hours after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, We may not be able to deliver to certain:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

VELNOLEX™ is not responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Tariffs
  • Government fees

All customs charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an Order cannot be delivered because the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or invalid, VELNOLEX™ cannot be held responsible for the failed delivery.

If the package is returned to Us because of an incorrect address:

  • We may offer to reship the Order.
  • Any additional shipping costs for reshipping will be paid by the customer.

If You choose to request a refund instead of reshipping, any shipping costs, return shipping fees, or other expenses incurred may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

If You notice an error in Your shipping address after placing an Order, please contact Us immediately.

Although We will do Our best to update the address before shipment, We cannot guarantee changes once the Order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

VELNOLEX™ is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If Your Order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.

Please keep:

  • the damaged product;
  • all original packaging;
  • all shipping materials

until the claim has been completed.
