Velnolex Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your Velnolex ProKnee, you can return it within 20 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging where possible. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a few business days.

 

If 20 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
